About Kristy Rinn


She started CrossFit in 2013 and immediately fell in love with its methodology and community. She joined the Kokua family in 2018 and I’m proud to have become a Coach in 2022. Her favorite workouts are anything involving Olympic Lifts. She loves the skill and full body strength it takes to master those lifts. One of her favorite aspects of Crossfit is that there is always something more to learn, and there is always room for improvement. Through coaching, she has enjoyed providing insight, motivation, and support, resulting in our members achieving goals they didn’t think possible. All levels and areas of fitness can come together with CrossFit, and it creates a supportive community that is like no other. This community is a family and one that she is very happy to be actively a part of.  When she’s not at the gym, you can find me spending time with my family or on a walk with my dog, Charley.
